This exhibit showcases Folchi’s style and growth as a painter. Included in this show are a series of oil paintings depicting Hudson River Valley scenes. Using muted colors and hues his paintings exude a serene contemplative respect for our surroundings’ natural beauty pulling your eye into the frame. Using light and shadows his realistic still-life paintings encourage the viewer to reach out and touch the object.
