Shop, Dine, & Indulge 2024 Instructions:
Shop/Dine/Exercise at participating businesses during Nov 22 – Dec 24, 2024 (REWARDS members get early access on Nov 15). Earn $5* in Montgomery Row Gift Cards for every $75* spent at participating businesses, In-store, Rhinebeck location only. Save your receipts. Tally all valid receipts* together, subtracting any exclusions. Redeem receipts for Montgomery Row gift cards via mail or email instructions below. Offer ends 1/31/2025.
*Instructions (cont.):
1) Submit only 1 submission per person/household;
a) If multiple are received, only the first one shall be valid. For this reason, we recommend
waiting until after the shopping period ends to submit.
2) MAIL your full name, mailing address, email address, & original receipts to: Montgomery Row, attn SDI, 6423 Montgomery Street, Suite #14, Rhinebeck, NY 12572 OR EMAIL your full name, mailing address, email address, and scanned receipt(s) into one email to shop.montgomeryrow@gmail.com. Insert SDI in subject line.
3) Must provide valid receipts/proof purchase (RECEIPT)
a) RECEIPT must include date of purchase, participating business, itemized purchase
b) bank and or credit card monthly statements are not accepted as receipts.
c) RECEIPT(S) are tallied cumulatively to meet minimum thresholds (75, 150, 225, 300) REWARDS members 375, 450, 525); gratuities, coupons, gift certificates (purchased or used), discounts, and/or shipping are subtracted/excluded; multiple receipts from multiple participating stores/visits during promotion dates are tallied together.
d) Breathe Class Cards and monthly memberships qualify. Board Room Skate Shop lessons and after school workshops/programs qualify.
e) Electronic Square or similar e-receipt(s) are accepted – Customers must either print out, scan, or screen shot e-receipt(s). Please make sure the store name, date, and itemized purchase and total are included.
TIP: The following businesses use Square or e-receipts: All That Java, Board Room Skate Shop, House SFW, Oliva! Olive Oils & Vinegars, Pause Dog Boutique, Starrybird Kids – at time of purchase as to receive receipts in paper or emailed. If emailed, then at end of shopping period, you can search ‘Square’ in your email and receipts should easily of list up.
4) Earn up to maximum $20 Montgomery Row gift card ($35 maximum for REWARDS members)
5) Offer expires 1/31/2025. We will accept submission that is USPS date stamped through 1/31/25. If emailed it must be received by our office by 11:59pm 1/31/25.
6) Montgomery Row gift card will be mailed to valid recipient; expect 6-8 weeks for
processing. Gift Cards will arrive after 12/31/2024.
7) Owners/employees of a participating business, receipts from place of employment and/or ownership do not qualify.
